McDonald's Letterkenny

I had an excellent experience at McDonald’s thanks to Danny. From the moment I walked in, he provided absolutely top tier customer service — friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He handled everything quickly and efficiently while still making every customer feel valued and appreciated.

Danny’s positive attitude really stood out and helped create a great atmosphere in the restaurant. The place was clean, upbeat, and well-organized, and his energy clearly had a positive impact on both customers and staff around him.

It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and naturally good with people. McDonald’s is lucky to have Danny on the team — outstanding service all around.

Used to be a lot better, standards have feel down massively over the last year or two I don't know if it's staff turnover or what but used to go regularly now we don't go as much get the order wrong every single time. Or forget sauces or problems here or there. Never ever fully right anymore

This McDonald's is probably the best I've ever been in.
